FAQs

How to place an order?

Step 1, Choosing your items
You can browse items on our website using different tabs. Once you find an item you like please read through the description and size info thoroughly to ensure a good fit.

 

Step 2, Submitting Order

Once you are ready to purchase, add the items to the cart and check out. Alternatively, if you have any questions or special requests, you can fill out all the fields in the Order Now form and click submit.

Step 3, Order Confirmation and Payment

Once we have received your order, we will review it and send you a confirmation email along with details about method of payment (Interac e-transfer, PayPal or Cash) and delivery/curbside pick-up instructions. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. 

What are the payment options?

We accept cash, Interac e-tranfer or PayPal as preferred methods of payment. 

What are my pick-up/ delivery options?

You are welcome to visit our location in Brampton to shop/ pick-up items purchased online. If a delivery is requested, items will be delivered via local carrier and delivery charges will apply depending on your location.  Details in confirmation email.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We currently do not offer returns for any products. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, the product can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order only if:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective upon reception.

  • The received product(s) differ from the original order.

 

In the rare case that you are unable to find an alternate product for exchange, you can get Store Credit for the same amount (minus Shipping Costs) for future purchases. 
What is Store Credit? It means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase. Please note no requests will be entertained after 3 days of receiving the order. 

How does this work? Simply email us the exchange request along with pictures of the defective item at sabihasexclusive@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to mention your Order ID in the email.

How do I send the item back? Once your request is approved, you will simply courier it back to us. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. 

Does this apply to items I bought on sale as well? Discounted or Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items such as underwear, jewellery and slippers are considered Final Sale for hygienic reasons.

Just remember: Measurements may vary design to design and any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
